These General Conditions made available to the Spring & Swing Festival user, are permanently displayed on this website, allowing them to be filed and printed and, therefore, making it easier for the user to be previously informed of the conditions of access and use of Spring. & Swing Festival, and the contracting conditions under which the different services will be provided.

MésQueSwing, hereinafter The Provider, responsible for the website, makes this document available to users with which it intends to comply with the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as inform all users of the website regarding the conditions of use of the website.
Any person who accesses this website assumes the role of user, committing to the observance and strict compliance with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Spring & Swing Festival is organized by Swing Maniacs Poblenou, S.L., with C.I.F. nº B66782780, and headquarters at Passatge de Pere Ripoll, 5, 08005 Barcelona, with email info@springandswingfestival.com and telephone 699 699 174.
All registrations will be processed prior acceptance of the festival conditions described below.
These general terms and conditions are the essential part of the contract-registration between the Organization and the person who registers at the Spring & Swing Festival. If you do not agree to this document during registration (and therefore do not agree to the terms), you will not be able to attend the festival.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The payment method is a single online payment of 100% of the amount of the chosen pass, through the online sales platform, with a bank card.
At the time of registration, the following information is requested: Name, Surname, phone, email, role and level. If you register as a couple, the same data will be requested for the couple.
Once the payment has been made, the organization of the Festival will not make a full or partial refund of the amount paid. If it is the case that you cannot attend the Festival, you can transfer your pass to another person, with the same role and level.
In the event that places are sold out, registrants may be placed on a waiting list.
You will receive an email confirming your place with a summary of the payment made.
In the event that not all levels are completed, we may have to reorganize the groups, informing by email of any changes and alternative options.
To transfer your pass you will have to send us an email to info@springandswingfestival.com with the deadline of March 26, 2023 with your data and the data of the person to whom you transfer the pass.
In cases of medical emergencies, which occurred in the days prior to the festival, the Organization will make an assessment of the situation, after sending the relevant medical records. Medical emergencies are considered: accidents, sudden serious conditions requiring hospitalization, bone injuries and/or bone breaks. Injuries originated weeks before the festival, with a prognosis of healing close to it, will not be considered a medical emergency.
In cases of force majeure, such as pandemic, epidemic, extreme weather, war, outbreak, crisis, work stoppages, government action, etc., Spring & Swing Festival may be exempt from liability in the event that there is a risk of loss or damage to property. for reasons beyond their control.
The Festival organization may withhold a percentage of the amount paid as administration fees consisting of covering the part of expenses already incurred and not recoverable during the year prior to the event. In any case, The Festival will consider alternative options to reduce the damages of both parties.
If the event is canceled or postponed by the Festival itself due to circumstances beyond our control, participants will have the option to transfer their passes to the new event date.
CHANGES
The Organization of the Spring & Swing Festival reserves the right to modify hours, location, bands, teachers, and prices of the festival, classes and/or parties, and communicate any of these changes through the web.
DAMAGES
Spring & Swing Festival will not be responsible for any type of physical damage or injury, or theft or damage to belongings that may occur during the Festival. Swing Maniacs Poblenou S.L. It is not responsible for accidents or losses, thefts or damages suffered by the participants in the event.
SIGNATURE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
The acceptance by clicking on the General Conditions by the attendees of the Spring & Swing Festival on the registration page of the web at the time of registration, declare that they fully agree with the content of this document, and that they will obey all its rules and regulations. regulations.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND IMAGE RIGHTS
The user, full or partial participant of the Spring & Swing Festival, being of legal age, in full use of their civil rights, declares that during the days of the event, they may be photographed and/or filmed. These images are intended to portray the events of the Spring & Swing Festival, and in no case is there a mercantilist nature of any of said images. The Organization of the Spring & Swing Festival is not responsible for the use that third parties or outside companies make of said images without prior authorization.
For all of which, you expressly AUTHORIZE the use of YOUR PERSONAL IMAGE resulting from said festival for the aforementioned purpose, without said authorization being subject to any time period or being restricted to the national scope of any country.
And for the record and to take effect, I agree with this authorization under the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy and Self-Image . The acceptance of these general terms implies the authorization of this clause on the transfer of image rights.
In compliance with Art. 5 of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Data Protection: Right to information in data collection, we inform you that we are committed to guaranteeing the privacy of your personal data collected in your file.

By signing this document, the Festival attendee is obliged to behave in accordance with the general rules and with the current laws of the Spanish penal code. In case of committing any fault or crime, it will be placed under the jurisdiction of the State security forces and bodies.
